Connected access for CTE
Achademix extends the SIS beyond the administrative office with purpose-built portals and mobile access for the people around each student. That means students can complete tasks themselves, industry partners can manage their relationship with the school, and feeder districts can stay informed about the students they send to career technical education.
The portals are connected to the same student, program, scheduling, attendance, grade, accounting, and documentation records used by the institution. Each audience gets the access it needs without requiring staff to manually recreate information in separate systems.

Students can enroll, complete applications, submit required documents, and upload files directly into the system. They can check attendance, grades, schedules, and class times, and log time when their program allows it. The portal can also support FERPA workflows by allowing students to create waivers when needed.
Achademix Connect is a communication app for iOS and Android. It helps students stay in touch with instructors and other important school roles, including financial aid staff and registrar or enrollment specialists.
Industry partners can review their accounts, pay invoices, and access documents such as contracts and proposals for customized work. Feeder districts can track their students attending career tech, review daily attendance, and access posted grades for grade cards or high school transcripts.
